MOONLIGHT FESTIVAL · STATE 4061
Two deadlines to keep in mind
Starting September 21 in State 4061: collect lanterns, play the number game, and choose your rewards. Complete missions consistently, spend resources deliberately, and finish your shop redemptions on time.

21–27.09.2026 · UTC · MOON CHIEF × KOI
Time your actions for more rewards
Seven Moon Chief days and useful KOI overlaps. This is not a spending checklist: choose an upgrade you actually need, then the right day.
Stages reset at 00:00 UTC. The current day is highlighted automatically.
1. Power Boost
- Moon Chief
- Building, research, and troop power gains; recruitment and Hero Shards.
- KOI overlap
- Conditional: eligible speedups can score KOI while the completed upgrade's power scores Moon Chief. Recruitment itself does not score KOI.
Start with available recruitment; keep some keys for Wednesday. Do not rush an expensive building just for the festival.
2. Beast Slay
- Moon Chief
- Beasts and Polar Terror rallies. Moon Chief rally points go to the initiator, not the joiners.
- KOI overlap
- Hunting is not a KOI scoring category today. Complete KOI tasks separately.
Lead rallies and help allies. Use regenerating stamina first; do not automatically spend stored SvS stamina.
3. Hero Development
- Moon Chief
- Recruitment, Hero Shard use, and speedup items.
- KOI overlap
- Eligible Hero Shards used for ascension. Recruitment keys and Lucky Wheel spins are different actions, not shared scoring.
Use saved keys for Moon Chief; invest general shards only in your chosen Gen 4 hero and within your budget.
4. Train Troops
- Moon Chief
- Completed troop training and promotion. Promotion awards the difference between the old and new tiers' points.
- KOI overlap
- Troop training and promotion count toward both events.
A useful day for planned training: finish prepared queues after 00:00 UTC and use available buffs. Keep the SvS reserve intact.
5. Hero Gear
- Moon Chief
- Essence Stones, Exclusive Gear Widgets, and gem spending.
- KOI overlap
- Essence Stones and Exclusive Gear Widgets. Mithril scores KOI, but not Moon Chief.
Time an upgrade you already need for both events. Avoid unnecessary gem purchases; keep your chosen Lucky Wheel hero's budget.
6. Gather Resources
- Moon Chief
- Wilderness gathering and building, research, and troop power gains.
- KOI overlap
- Completed training or promotion: Moon Chief counts power, KOI counts troops. Gathering does not score KOI today.
Return gatherers before Saturday ends for Moon Chief. Then send new marches to return after Sunday's 00:00 UTC reset for KOI.
7. Chief Gear
- Moon Chief
- Chief Gear score increases, excluding Charms; speedup items.
- KOI overlap
- Chief Gear and eligible speedups. Gathering scores only KOI, not Moon Chief.
Finish affordable milestones, claim rewards, and use remaining lanterns. Keep unused ordinary growth materials: they remain useful after the festival.
Check both scoring tables first
Dates use UTC for September 21–27. This plan reflects the current event edition, not a verified view of every account's menu. Before spending, check both in-game scoring lists and choose a reachable milestone.
Gen 4, not a late-generation state
Do not apply FC10/T12 advice to our whole state. Compare your own troop tier, available buffs, and cost for the upgrade you intend to make. Shared scoring can save resources; it does not replace the SvS reserve.
Not every KOI item scores the festival
Pets, Chief Charms, Mithril, Expert Sigils, and Books of Knowledge are not Moon Chief scoring categories. Expert-skill speedup items are a separate category; do not confuse them with sigils and books.

How the board works
The board has 25 numbers from 1–50. A lantern draws a random number without repeats within a round; a tile lights only if that number is on the board. Rows and columns earn rewards; three lines unlock the round's grand prize.
SEVEN ACTIVITIES
What to check in each activity
Check every tab: alongside the number game, there are missions, a leaderboard, a minigame, and separate purchase rewards. Use the English names below to find each activity.
Mysteries of Numbers
The festival's lantern-and-number game.
Earn lanterns from missions and use them to complete lines. Remember that draws are random: being close to a prize does not automatically make another purchase worthwhile.
Moonlight Brilliance
Missions and reward tracks.
Visit daily to complete available missions and claim unlocked rewards. Make use of free progress first, then decide whether paid tracks suit your budget.
Moon Chief
Stages and a leaderboard.
Check today's scoring before spending. Set a resource limit in advance; a leaderboard position is not worth sacrificing your SvS reserves.
Symphony of Radiance
Mission rows and columns award chests; the full grid awards Lunar Legacy. Unclaimed rewards arrive by mail.
Look for lines you can finish through normal play. Compare the chest's contents with the cost before completing an expensive mission for a small reward.
Pot of Fortune
An arrow-tossing minigame that awards points.
Aim for the pot's mouth or handles and build your score toward the next reward. Learn the throwing rhythm first, then watch the next milestone: this is a separate minigame, not the number board.
Top-up Benefits
Rewards tied to top-up points.
F2P: skip it. If you already planned a purchase, check eligibility and the final price. A bonus does not turn an unnecessary purchase into good value.
Moonlit Market
The badge exchange shop.
Choose a main target and a lower-cost fallback. Check daily limits immediately: delaying all redemptions until the end can cost you useful purchases.
STATE 4061 RECOMMENDATIONS
A plan for F2P and careful spenders
Prioritize reachable rewards and daily progress. Use speedups and rare materials for a worthwhile milestone, not simply to participate; keep your SvS reserve protected.
Before spending · set a budget
- Hold optional speedup, shard, gem, and rare-material spending until you see the missions. You do not need to stop normal account development.
- Separate your protected SvS reserve from the resources you are comfortable using here. For F2P, aim for reachable rewards rather than a ranking race.
If you are joining now
- Open every tab and review the remaining missions and shop. Choose a reachable reward; do not try to make up missed days with unplanned purchases.
- Compare festival tasks with your current events. Combine spending only where both scoring tables explicitly count it; overlapping dates do not guarantee overlapping points.
Every day · avoid wasted spending
- Start by logging in, checking available free actions, and completing missions that match normal play. Before a timer resets, review unfinished tasks, unclaimed rewards, and daily shop limits.
- Before using stored items, check the nearest reachable milestone: what is still needed and what it gives you. Stop if the cost outweighs its value to your account.
Closing checks · September 27 & 28
- On September 27, review missions, use remaining lanterns, and claim available rewards. Do not save the number game for the shop's extra day.
- On September 28, finish your redemptions. Leave time before closing: a connection problem or an unfinished payment can spoil a last-minute plan.
REWARD PRIORITIES
Make your badges count
For progression
List what you are missing for your next useful account upgrade. Compare the shop's available materials against that list, not the colour of their frames. Check quantities and redemption limits.
For your collection
If you want a cosmetic, check duration, bonuses, and total cost first. Do not assume every displayed skin is permanent or obtainable for free. Decide on a fallback before finding yourself short of badges.
Leftover currency
Lantern → 10K secured resource chest. Badge → 1K secured meat.
Treat conversion as a fallback, not your goal: use event items for rewards you actually need first.
Moonlit Paradise
Decoration pack: September 22–26 UTC.
It has its own sales window. If you want the decoration, compare the pack with what you can already redeem for badges and stay within your chosen budget.
Updated for the September 21–27 edition and State 4061's Gen 4. Rewards, milestones, and available tasks can depend on your account; check the game before spending.
